• The main advantage primarily lies in the fact that the ecoturbino can save water and energy costs, especially for the heating of hot water.
• Additionally, it offers a hygiene advantage as the highly turbulent water cleans the shower hose and the shower head, thereby preventing the formation of biofilm, limescale, dirt, and other deposits.
• As a result, the lifespan of the hose and the shower head is extended accordingly.

• By installing the ecoturbino before the shower hose, water consumption can be reduced by about 40%.
• The actual savings depend on various factors such as the costs of water, sewage, and energy. For a private household, however, one can expect an annual saving of about 100 Euros per person. This means that a family of three people can achieve a saving of 300 Euros.
• In a hotel with 100 rooms or showers, it looks quite different. The annual savings can easily amount to 10,000 € and more!
• Due to these savings, the payback period is usually only a few months - almost always less than half a year!

• To easily verify the savings yourself, the so-called "volume test" can be performed using the provided bag.
  1. For this, a bag is filled with water from a conventional shower hose for 30 seconds at full blast, and the water level is read.
  2. Then, the ecoturbino is installed before the shower hose. The bag is filled again with water for 30 seconds, and the water levels are compared.
  3. This makes the significant savings immediately apparent. Even more accurate is to weigh the bag. The weight reduction in kilograms corresponds to the reduction in water consumption in liters.
• In addition, we had the savings verified by TÜV Austria, and they were confirmed.

The ecoturbino can still be used. It is compatible with all standard shower hoses or showerheads that have a ½ inch thread connection.

Due to the strong water turbulence in the ecoturbino, no limescale deposits are formed. Therefore, it is not necessary to regularly remove or clean the ecoturbino to maintain its function.

• For most shower hoses, there are usually no restrictions, as the standard market connection is ½ inch. However, for smaller connections, an appropriate adapter (3/8 to ½ inch) must be used.
• In rare cases, water may leak from the air hole of the ecoturbino. This usually indicates that a water-saving shower head is being used. We recommend replacing it.
• It is generally important, when installing the ecoturbino subsequently, to ensure that existing filters in the hose or showerhead are cleaned or ideally removed before use.

• Not at all. The ecoturbino improves hygiene standards due to its cleaning effect. For optimal results, the use of the "L" series is recommended.
• This results in a complete emptying of the showerhead and a partial emptying of the shower hose, significantly reducing the risk of germ formation in the hose and showerhead.
• In addition, we had the product tested by a hygiene institute for its effects on biofilm and the formation of legionella. It was confirmed that the ecoturbino has no adverse effects.

• The ecoturbino shows no restrictions regarding its lifetime. Due to the strong water turbulence, no deposits form inside the ecoturbino itself. Thanks to the materials used, there are no wear and tear that could affect the device's lifespan.
• The hand shower set includes a shower hose and a showerhead from the German company RC Mannesmann. These products are of high quality and meet the strict KTW requirements in Germany.
  The lifetime of these components varies significantly depending on use, frequency of showering, and water quality, as is the case with all standard shower sets. Therefore, no guarantee can be given beyond the warranty period.

Each ecoturbino comes with a detailed installation guide. It's important to note that:

• For hand showers, the ecoturbino is installed directly at the fixture before the shower hose.
• For overhead showers, the ecoturbino is installed directly before the showerhead.

This shouldn't be the case. Please check the following:

• Check if the water pressure is very low and there was a flow rate of 8 liters per minute or less even before the installation of the ecoturbino.
• Ensure that the filter or reduction piece placed in the showerhead has been removed.
• Use the original seals provided (green). If not available, please use these.
• Check if the showerhead might be calcified, as this can also cause a recoil effect of the strongly accelerated water jet. If so, please descale or replace with a new one.

• Generally, the use of the ecoturbino water-saving system does not result in a loss of comfort.
• If there is a loss of comfort, this may indicate that the water pressure in the system is too low or that there is inherently a flow rate of less than 8 liters per minute available.
• This can occur, for example, in buildings with low water pressure or heavily calcified pipes. Especially in the upper floors of multi-storey buildings, this problem can occur. In such cases, it may not be advisable to use the ecoturbino water-saving system.
